Fencing Range Warranty

We stand behind the quality and durability of our fencing products. All fencing in our range is backed by the following warranty coverage from the date of purchase:

10-Year Structural Warranty

Our fencing products are warranted for 10 years against structural failure due to defects in materials or manufacturing under normal residential use. This includes failure such as cracking, bending, or breakage that compromises the structural integrity of the product.

5-Year Powder Coating Warranty

The powder-coated finish on our fencing products is warranted for 5 years against peeling, flaking, or excessive fading when installed and maintained under normal environmental conditions.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies when products are installed and maintained according to our installation guidelines. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or misuse

• Modifications or alterations to the product

• Accidental damage, vandalism, or natural disasters

• Corrosion or deterioration caused by harsh chemical exposure or severe coastal/marine environments unless specified otherwise

• Normal wear and tear over time

Remedy

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

New Zealand Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
